Welcome to Win22. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Win22 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Win22 website located at https://win22.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

Win22 operates an online betting and gaming platform offering sports betting, live dealer casino games, slot games, esports wagering, and related services to eligible users. The platform is designed to serve players located in Malaysia and accepts transactions denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as well as select cryptocurrencies including USDT and Bitcoin (BTC).

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on Win22, you affirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Win22 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To register an account and use the Win22 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Win22 enforces a strict minimum age requirement consistent with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling services are not lawfully permitted.
• You must not be, or have previously been, subject to self-exclusion, account suspension, or a permanent ban from Win22 or any affiliated platform operated by the Company.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Win22 or any affiliated business entity.
• You must be the sole authorised holder and beneficial owner of the account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Win22 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and up to date. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Win22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Win22 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Win22 is required to conduct identity and address verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is a mandatory condition for processing withdrawal requests and for lifting any account-level deposit or wagering restrictions.

Win22 may request the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, before first withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is flagged:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License. Both front and back images are required for MyKad.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months and clearly showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, with both your face and the document text clearly visible.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, Win22 may request evidence of the source of funds used to make deposits, such as a salary slip, bank statement, or other financial documentation.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated time frame may result in temporary account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal processing, or permanent account closure at the Company's discretion. Win22 will retain KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Win22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian-native and international payment methods. Accepted methods currently include: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent) unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time for most local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required network confirmations.
• Win22 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your financial institution or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits may only be funded from a payment source that is registered in your name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your account, or to a verified bank account registered in your name.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification to the satisfaction of Win22's compliance team.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one (1) business hour of approval for verified accounts, subject to payment method processing times.
• Win22 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is observed.
• Funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

Win22 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the following general bonus terms:

• Each Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate account constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are explicitly stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or zero. Specific game contribution rates are listed in the applicable promotion terms.
• Win22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged by any such change.
• Where a player attempts to exploit a promotion through irregular betting patterns, hedging strategies, or any activity deemed by Win22 to constitute bonus abuse, Win22 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and restrict or close the offending account.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

All bets placed on Win22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market, game, or event. In the event of a discrepancy between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail. The following general betting principles apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Win22 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted, except where explicitly permitted under specific market rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• Win22 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Players will be notified of any voided bets and the staked amount will be returned to their account balance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or taken offline without notice during live events. This may occur due to system constraints, data feed interruptions, or at the sole discretion of the Win22 trading team.
• For esports markets covering tournaments such as Mobile Legends, Dota 2, CS2, and Valorant, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the tournament organiser. Any result reversal or disqualification announced post-settlement may result in bet recalculation at Win22's discretion.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are settled at the combined odds of all selections. If one selection is voided, the parlay is settled on the remaining legs. If all selections are voided, the stake is refunded.
• Maximum winnings per single event, per day, or per account may be subject to limits which are communicated separately on the relevant market pages.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Win22 platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all pending bets voided, and all funds subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule through the use of different identities, devices, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade reporting thresholds.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any non-human process to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written permission from Win22.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live table game formats.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users without authorisation.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims with payment providers in relation to legitimate Win22 transactions.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members. Each account must be operated solely by the registered account holder.

Win22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting players who may be at risk of developing a gambling problem. The Platform offers a range of tools and resources to help players maintain healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limits may be increased only after a cooling-off period and are reduced immediately upon request.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logout features to manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, all wagering is disabled and marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic prompts that display session duration and net win/loss information to encourage informed decision-making.

Win22 does not permit gambling by individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances. Where Win22 has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 21 years old, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held in the account will be returned to the source payment method following verification.

All content published on the Win22 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of Win22 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Win22 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of Win22.

Any unauthorised use of Win22's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. The Win22 name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Win22 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Win22's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the ninety (90) day period preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim, or RM500, whichever is lower.

Win22 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that it will be free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Win22 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Win22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the stipulated time frame.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited activities.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee or closure with funds returned to the last known payment source.
• Regulatory requirement or court order compelling the closure of the account.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Win22 support. Any outstanding verified balance will be returned to the player's nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Win22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Win22 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Users via the email address registered to their account, by publishing a notice on the Platform, or by both means.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Win22 is duly registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice from either party, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve the status quo pending resolution of any dispute.
